Pay the booking deposit
Your booking is confirmed when the ¥30,000 deposit is paid. Cancellation fees apply after confirmation.

The following fees apply to cancellation after booking confirmation.
- From confirmation to 90 days before
- ¥30,000
- 90 to 45 days before
- 25% of venue hire fee
- 45 days before to the day before
- 50% of venue hire fee
- On the day
- 100% of venue hire fee
